   Fun Fact: The Japanese government wants to abolish the existing Health Insurance Card system and strongarm everybody into using the hated MyNumber Card by merging the former into the latter.

   Also Fun Fact: Not even 5% of the Health Ministry's own staff have or use a MyNumber Card, and most Ministries are even less. Defense Ministry has a 2.5% usage rate.
