I have never played a single fallout game but everyone constantly talks about it with me like I have

If you have a telegram account i can give you the zip files that have my whole MO2 portable install for oblivion along with some savegames.
I can also upload them to another place if you wanna give em a go but you'll have to find where i can upload it -

It has a nicer fighting system and the spells are also cooler in the base game. Modded makes it much better as well.
Fug, I have to download my oblivion files to keep on playing my gaym -

Well the audience is not the same for most games
Boomers who like 1, 2 and maybe new Vegas, don't play any more modern title since then
New vegas players are very mod heavy players so they will hop to the latest title just for the modding capabilities like fallout 4 and completely remake them with the power of austism
Fallout 3 soyboys are soyboys and they just drink gallons of Bethesda cum, meaning that they never contradict the studio and CONSOOOM every hot trash they put out
But the only reason the game is relevant isn't the story, it's the mods, because it can update it's meta ad infinitum as long as it's compatible with the operative system

I watched him play for like 20 minutes, lost interest, and went home. Since then it just didn’t seem like it’s too fun, aside from the very wide sandbox it provides for modding.
