   If you suffer from anxiety and/or depression, please try this product. It's on sale on Amazon right now. I didn't appreciate how much this stuff helps me until I didn't take it for a couple days. I used to be on the verge of a panic attack pretty much all the time. When I take this twice a day, I feel fine. I feel hopeful, in control. No more spiraling thoughts. And if that's not enough, it dissolves in coffee and makes it DELICIOUS. I just suggest swishing it as you drink it so it doesn't settle to the bottom. Also can be added to your food.
