@MK2boogaloo yup. If the manager of your LLC is dead he can't go to jail for massive fraud and since his name is the only human name on the books, everyone else walks.

Snatch you a homeless dude and make him "manager" of your company. Make sure your company is controlled by a trust originated in another country (if possible)
