   I have had this shitposter.club account for awhile mainly because I enjoyed many of the users here and wanted to have a presence here as a result.
   
   While the noauthority.social migration is in progress and freespeechextremist.com comes back from a devastating hardware failure, I will be here, and I may continue to be here simply because it is comfy.
   
   Looking forward to #Revolver and other technological advances in the #fediverse.
   
   I just rebuilt my presence here by filtering out 2k+ domains, mostly for language type but a lot because they are from the #hugverse instead of the #openfedi, where viewpoint discrimination is viewed as a bad thing.

     You raise a good question. I think that is the primary duty of any philosopher, but I suppose that is besides the point unless you aspire to that role.
     
     However, while what you say is true, I mute them because:
     
     * I do not want to support viewpoint discrimination
     * I do not want to waste time replying to things that cannot produce discussion
     * I want the #hugfedi to separate from the #openfedi
     
     So yes, excellent point, but here are my reasons, for whatever those are worth!
