     @coolboymew @karna i really like fantasy and classical mythology. Writing prose isn't my forté, and there aren't many (if any) writers of formal verse who write fantasy poetry. So, I write stuff that comes to mind and give little snapshots of some fantasy setting or character.

     @nine2five @coolboymew Awesome stuff! Is this end of this one also doing some fourth-wall-breaking when it comes to artists trying to find an audience or am I reading too much into it...?

     @karna @coolboymew no, that's an apt analysis! Biblical prophets' sayings would often fall on deaf ears, and I have found it difficult to find an audience for my own writing (not to be pompous or anything...). Hence, this sonnet.

     @nine2five @coolboymew Sorry, I wasnt trying to imply any form of conceit. I just felt I could relate to some extent due to both personal and secondhand experience... The seed was already there in my mind and sorta clicked when I read it (maybe that implies conceit in me lol...). Regardless, great job and keep at it!

     @karna @coolboymew sorry, maybe I should have been clearer. I meant that I didn't mean to sound conceited by comparing my own search for an audience with Biblical prophets who were tortured and sawn in two for what they said :puniko_sticking_tongue_out:
     
     I don't think you sounded conceited at all. It's hard to find an audience.
