Okay going through the docs for the free Oracle VMs, I think I see the drawbacks here
- they will "reclaim" your VM if you don't meet a minimum usage
- you're limited to only a few OS options unless you upload an image (which costs to store I think?)
- you're not even guaranteed to be able to provision a free VM if there's no capacity
- their UI fuckin SUCKS
