   Unbelievable.

   Westjet won’t arrange transportation as part of the vacation package we paid them for… because my wife uses a wheelchair.

   Aside from this being a violation of federal law, I’m deeply saddened that WestJet, too, now values cash over humanity.

     @tod Entirely unacceptable. I’m so sorry, Tod. Here’s hoping this shames them into remembering their humanity (if they have any left) and they sort this out for you.

     @tod Fingers crossed but even if not, please let us know if there’s some other way we can help so your plans are not ruined. Are there any other airlines that might work? We could crowdfund tickets, etc.
