One must be willing to divest themselves completely from the things which become corrupted, be that games, hobbies, friends, and family. As for the latter two it doesnt hurt to try to reach out to them but always be prepared to sever ties to them. As for the former two burn them and do not buy anything from the companies, even if they apologize, even if they prostrate themselves before you, put a bullet in the head of that company. They are not worth mercy.
