Heard from another user that goblet squat doesn't have any more benefits after 30lb, is that true?

@Hyperhidrosis I can basically now complete my 60 goblet squats under 5 mins and my full leg lifts (I try to not actually have the legs touch the floor during sets) I'm starting to fuse the sets together for increased difficulty
For squats, to make them harder, I can start to stand up, but then drop instead, this seems to increase the pressure to the legs by a lot, but is it? Is it actually a thing?

You can try single leg squats for more variation
what you're talking about sounds like doing partial reps. You can do those along with your regular sets.

@Hyperhidrosis Oh and also, I've completely cut out any snacks from my diet. An apple for breakfast, lunch (leftovers usually) and diner (both of these I usually always eat two plates)
No desserts, not snacks. To get rid of my gut fat
