   My first large plot in many months: a new Carousel, about 5 hours in, about 2 hours remaining. Cyan and yellow are down, magenta going down now, and finally black. Python generated and plotted on a vintage HP DraftPro DXL on 24”x36” watercolor paper.

     A new CMYK Carousel plot, this time in yellow/-green chartreuse and blue denim all from just three 0.5mm pens (CMY— the K is just for outlines here). Lots of movement in this one too plus the strokes give some moiré which just seems to visually vibrate to me.

     24”x36” on watercolor paper with a vintage HP DraftPro DXL #PenPlotter, about 6.5 hours, designed and plotted with #Python.

     CMYK Carousel in pink and gold, a winter warmer for a chilly day! It may not look like it, but there are cyan strokes in this plot (a little over 9%). Seeing these colors mix over the course of this 5 hour plot is always a joy.

     CMYK Carousel with intense swirling vortexes of blue and gold. It reminds me of two galaxies about to collide. Get close and zoom in on the third photo to see the hatching.

     And the completed plot! The richness of the red with the soft fabric-like texture of the blue is one of my favorite color palettes so far. And lots and lots of movement. What do you see?
