   I literally spent 4 hours in vrchat my eyes kinda hurt and I'm convinced my over reliance on sleep pills is why I'm groggy in the day but not at night

     @dcc @Pawlicker not only they don't give you a real sleep, they prevent REM sleep that's very important to get rest your 🧠
