   Gonna be interesting when the boomers all shuffle off for good. They're really the anchor block preventing people from just finally responding to

   "oh well if you think THAT then you're basically a nazi" with

   "fine, so be it, I'm a nazi" instead of constant backtracking on every issue of worth.

   Not long ago it was totally normal to say you didn't think gays had the right to marry, that kids shouldn't even be able to have their bodies frankensteined into "trans" creatures, that people should be able to choose who they include in their social circles. Not even 10 years have passed and they've been successfully battered into a constant retreat, so all those points became

   "well, I don't want the government telling people what they can do in the bedroom", "well, some kids might just be different, we should leave it up to the parents to decide", and "well they have a point, wanting to be around a bunch of white people JUST because they're white is weird, we fought to end segregation, remember?"

   (Plenty of GenX is "boomer", too though)

     A bit ago I finally understood TBD (total boomer death) what a despicable and death deserving kind they are :0220:
