   I would have a hard time finding less intrusive government that isn't smaller, and it sure seems a lot easier to explain the "normies" what less government would look like, particularly LIbertarian candidates who sometimes can identify libertarian changes for the federal government but have a hard time explaining how we'd govern at more local levels.

     @fulner @nsarwark I think using the smaller language makes conversation easier, but the goal is less intrusion imo.
