I don't remember who but some dude made a video saying that SC3K is basically a utopia simulator, which I think is correct.
I mean that for example in the laws you pass like for example littering and what not the moment you put it everyone respects it. While in reality like 10% of the population give a dam.
Same for taxes, 100% of the population pays their taxes.
