     @Wtdrisco the arena in DC and the baseball stadium in DC forgot to account for funds for improvements in their agreements. DC had to pay 20 million for a new scoreboard at the Cap One Arena.

     There are a lot of lessons learned out there that have been incorporated into this plan. I hope for our city it ends up being the money maker it could be.

     @Wtdrisco we are the city that the DC basketball and hockey team may be moving to. This will involve the building of a arena and some other things. It's contentious. That topic took up most of the meeting.
