   We got a new developer at work. The guy literally just copy and paste's code from stackoverflow. I thought that shit was just a meme. The worst is, the guy then calls me over and ask why the code doesn't work.
   
   I want the be nice to the guy but i don't have the time or energy to teach someone basic programming concepts. According to his degree he should already know this stuff.

     @RecycleBin It's not a meme. The competency crisis is real and all our programs are constantly on the verge of falling apart.
