     @olmitch @Eiswald @Goalkeeper within my lifetime I have only seen progress in one direction. To me it seems like both sides of the uniparty make a stink when things move too fast or not fast enough according to the role they play, but the trajectory hasn't changed regardless of who was "in charge". Even Trump who didn't have party support took more freedoms away.

     Main thing keeping my interest is that I believe the narrative that Trump is an outsider and the first term was him learning the people and the politics as fast as he could. Those pictures of him looking at Epstein from a distance like "this motherfucker" at house parties come to mind. I still believe he's going to try to take it all down, and I don't see anyone else on the planet aside from Milei and he has his own country to restore. Notice I said "try to". I don't think he has supernatural power, I just think he's willing to try.

     @olmitch @Eiswald @Goalkeeper I agree that he is not party approved which makes him an outside of sorts, but he's been rubbing elbows with these fucks for decades and before he got in their way he was friend not foe. I think he is serious about wanting to dismantle it, but after seeing how things went down last time I am in the "ye of little faith" camp. If he can pull it off that's great.
