   Ahh the simple joys in life... baked potatoes with paprika and garlic salt on top, and some delicious scrambled eggs. Super simple, and enjoyable.
   
   That's all a man (or at least this one) needs to be happy...

     @VTArgyle It was. The potatoes were just enough salty for my taste, just sliiightly crunchy and brown on the outside, but super soft and starchy on the inside. Yellow potatoes are my favorite for this reason.
     
     Then the eggs were scrambled with butter on a pan, topped off a bit with black pepper and not-very-salty soy sauce. 👌

     @luithe Good old russets. They're fine and I've eaten them before, but I've just moved every use to yellow potatoes. I just like the softness and taste of yellows more.
