     Actual FACT:

     The Democratic Party *relies* on votes from Black/Brown/Indigenous people (or, at least, the political machines that exist to use their votes to pad their pockets), but they are actually *led* by conservative upper-class businessmen, corporate lawyers, military lobbyists, and gentrified "liberal" suburbanites who, like this joker, exploit the former to maintain their privileges as the "liberal" half of the ruling class.
