     @qwerty I never heard about it, think I lived abroad the entire time it was popular. Technically it was in my time frame but by the time I'd come back to 1st world pop culture it felt like music for 14 year olds

     @givenup She got a taste for that era from finding an old ipod, but it's still this funky mix of emo stuff, taylor swift, moody indie acoustic, etc. Can never figure out what makes the cut though, it's never the same stuff...but that's always how girls are. They listen to the words and the singer, guys listen to the technics.

     Gonna have whiplash in a breakup though, when we met it was like she hardly knew there was much outside of garbage nigrap

     @qwerty @ForbiddenDreamer @nierenstein It might just be me, I think of half the millennial gen as zoomer. Like, if you grew up with smartphones from middle school on, you're a zoomer. Seemed like a cultural shift IRL
