@mrsaturday @Moon yeah the housing costs are absolute shit right now, but that's a bubble that has to pop eventually.

I agree that there is a learning curve and a need to prioritize and plan your activities, but I like gaining and improving my skills personally. I think there is peace in being less dependent on external sources for things too.
