   @beardalaxy It's not about porn or not, it's about the medium. Their business isn't drawing art or animating porn, so it creates the gap between parody and infringement. A videogame with Nintendo content is directly competing

     i think i thought of the best way to avoid nintendo's takedowns. hear me out.

     make an insanely good fan game, but market it as a porn game. then just have a toggle to remove the spicy elements.

     they've haven't touched anything porn related for a very long time, presumably because, like other companies, they don't want to acknowledge its existence.
