Aral Balkan (aral@mastodon.ar.al)'s status on Tuesday, 23-Jan-2024 18:43:34 JST Aral Balkan @koen_hufkens Oh, but it does sometimes (or always if you consider the loss to be your exclusive access to those rights) and that’s ok, because you shouldn’t have had that exclusive access or those additional rights to begin with. We don’t have to coddle folks with privilege. If, for example, we build a system incompatible with billionaires, billionaires will lose things (billions of things, to be exact). And that’s ok. They never should have had them to begin with.
