     @thunderzizi they don't make you, but they have a slot for a "license" meaning a EULA, and the GPL is a license, so people often put it there, even though it makes no sense

     @shironeko well the good news is that they still get all the benefits of the GPL because "agreeing" to it is not required in any way!
