     Now that is a big world difference. Disney is constantly enforcing its copyright and whenever it happens, it's usually something small and unremarkable. Nintendo on the other hand seems like it doesn't care but the second it notices anyone fucking with their copyright, they will descend on them like the hordes of Huns on Rome.
     
     I think the main difference is how hard the hammer drops. With Disney it looks like it's not that hard while Nintendo goes all way in

     I get it liking nintendo games, but i would never defend their business practises even if i was drunk and my life was threatened.
