   Just a while ago I've said that the Bisque Doll manga is probably stalling on purpose for whatever reason
   I think one of my other favorite currently running manga is doing this kind of thing too
   You really can't say these are fillers either because the mangaka and their editor/publisher gave the green lighy for this development

     @Moto_Chagatai What is the one other than Bisque Doll? A lot of people on MAL are getting fed up with BD. Contrast with the much better pace of development in BokuYaba, which has also been running for years.
