I finally got around to eating my last pumpkin. It was our first time gardening here in Texas. We got a very late start and we had drought to contend with, so I was pleased to have anything edible. The variety is Autumn Buckskin and it is delicious. I also find it very amusing that it’s classified as a “stacking” pumpkin.
