     I mean, if you want cripple representation in videogames just play Fear and Hunger 2. One of the playable contestants is a wheelchair bound woman and she's probably the toughest character to master even if she starts with some of the best skills.
     
     If an enemy hits you, you get knocked out of your wheelchair and you need to reequip it, wasting a turn. You need to crawl up stairs and it takes longer for you to climb up and down ladders.
