     So you and your personal assistant, who now the Director of HR but we'll call her by her official title that's in her email signatures - Mom
     
     So Mom is reponsible for training and onboarding your new entry level employee. Making sure they learn and fit in with the culture at Family Corps. Eventually you'll have a few employees and some of them will be fully trainied and ready to step into middle management. They can alleviate some of the responsibilities of your Director of HR - I mean - Mom
     
     Here's where things get interesting. Those middle managers will eventually out grow your organization and they'll look to get into business for themselves.
     
     This. Is where. You grow. Your brand
     
     Don't lose this human capital! Allow them instead to become Branch Managers at their own subsidiaries of Family Corps.
