Reminder that Christ not only spoke out against the wealthy who do not aid the less fortunate, but also the lowly who stew in resentment and waste what they do have. If the right-wing Christian is ever lacking in generosity or mercy, the left-wing "Christian" entirely rejects the idea of personal responsibility for all, high or low. For the right-winger, the Christian life is difficult, for the leftist it is impossible. Any Christian who claims to be leftist must either forfeit any semblance of Christianity or inevitably face excommunication from the left.

For the record, I wouldn't consider hardcore National Socialism to be properly Christian, but in Current Year parlance traditional Christianity would be called "nazi" because anything outside of Current Year globohomo framework, including stuff that was obvious to everyone throughout all of human history up until 60 years ago, is going to be labelled "nazi."

My "Nazi" qualities have literally nothing to do with National Socialist politics and everything to do with refusal to pretend it's Christian to say sin is fine.

Christianity is pretty clear that it's not easy to be a proper Christian. I'm glad for this, because I know I'm a garbage tier Christian, but I try to be better than I was yesterday. Knowing it's difficult makes me sure it's not a problem unique to me.
