By being part of the platform we have created its value. This is the value that is sold in an exit. The only way to resist this system is to not build that value in the first place.”

     @rooftopjaxx Yeah, I wasted some time trying to advise them before I learned they’d taken VC. When I wrote the linked piece, he accused me of destroying their “adoption curve” or some such. Which, if you read the piece, was exactly what it was intended to do.
