Been seeing a lot of talk about Palworld since it just dropped on steam in early access, and while I'm interested, I'm also a little concerned about how the game will turn out. The same publishing company put out a very similar game called Craftopia, that had a similar base of "mimic Zelda, make it into a factory base builder" instead of Pokemon. That game's been in early access for 3ish years now, and there's no real sign of it releasing in the next few years, but it keeps increasing in scope and jank.
Maybe I'm just a bit worried for nothing, but it'd suck to put $26-$30 into a game, only for it to not get finished and suffer early access survival sandbox woes

@Iffine I won't lie the absurdity of it piqued my interest, and then I realized it was just another ARK Survival Evolved.

@Iffine Project Zomboid has been in Early Access for over a decade, so idk man. Craftopia has a nice concept and i still play it, but there's a lot to fine tune to it yet, it feels like they threw everything they could think of in that game but nothing is particularly polished.
Palworld seems insteresting to me because it has Ark element to it, the pokemon part im not very sure if i like it.
