     @thehardtimes I've actually heard of a decent argument about this on reddit when I checked the quebec sub, the issue is that it could be someone taking their own package that has been put on at the wrong place, there's been a case of this happening. Obviously, I personally would just ring the bell and ask them first, because exactly of stuff like that, but, yeah

     @coolboymew@shitposter.club @thehardtimes@noauthority.social But this person is also trespassing on your property. If it's a mixup then they should knock or leave a note.
     
     You kinda forfeit privacy when you encroach on someone's property. Especially if they have signs saying there's cams.

     @Weeble @thehardtimes Oh yeah, in the south of the US you're getting shot but in Canada it's absolutely cucked when it comes to that. If you get attacked you better hope you're gonna survive, because if you attack back you're basically going to get hit harder by the law than the actual attacker
