     @arstechnica These disaster-in-waiting right-wing court cases do not reach the Supreme Court by accident. Years of Republican organizing and funding and pushing purpose-built cases through the lower courts got us here.

     The extreme rightwingers on the Court are hellbent on turning the country over to elite corporatists and crooked amateur-hour conservatives in state legislatures.

     The deck is stacked. The only recourse is getting a new deck. That means destroying the Republican Party.
