     @weissrespecter I'm mad that people missed that the point of the bad ending is that he couldn't bring himself to do something so evil and would rather master the sword another way. He may have been born in the wrong time but being part of a holy grail war and now chaldea is perfect for him to practice not only his skills but also his higher morality needs.
     
     He has a lot in common with Shirou. So seeing everyone harp on the bad ending is like seeing people go "Mind of steel should be the canon ending hurr durr"

     All jokes aside, there's never been a time you can trust most people to understand fate works properly. Apocrypha and Sieg are also widely criticized by people who clearly didn't understand Sieg's character. Everyone wants to be spoonfed themes and ideas instead of thinking about the characters and the events of the story for themselves.
