   At this point I don't understand why the "console wars" even exist anymore, PC has objectively won those and all it did was bloviate in a corner for over a decade

     a decade ago the console wars were about who had the best exclusives, now its still about that while all of those exclusives also launch on PC either at the same time or in about 6 months to a year after they launch on consoles, and they do so with all the DLC's included at no extra cost, "remastered" graphics and more content, all for the price of the base game on it's exclusive console, it's honestly just funny at this point. Especially since the console war discourse has turned noticeably browner in the last decade.

     @ArdainianRight Yeah, they are the last console that can say "come buy our device, we have really good games that you can't find anywhere else", and it's only $350 for the absolute most expensive model so it's a no brainer compared to the $500+ you'd have to drop on its competitors. Leave it to the dynastic Japanese corporation to be the last sane one in the room.

     Nintendo was cutting throats before videogames were even a thing. Niggercattle will be hardwired to VR 24/7 fifty years from now and they'll still somehow find a way to hock hand consoles.
