@nixCraft You might look at Kimsufi. They seem to be a subsidiary of OVH or something. They seem to have lower prices, though their options don't go quite as high end in regards to connection and etc (100Mbps on most for example.) Not sure what you need it for, but that should handle at least most normal user things.
@nixCraft I've been working with Hetzner dedicated servers for 10y now. Experienced a couple of hw failures (hdd failure, cpu fan stopped working), all were dealt with quickly. Very few network outages. Keep in mind that they do not have IPMI, but if needed you can request a remote console that will be connected by their tech staff (usually within 30 min)
@nixCraft OVH is good as long as you dont need support or if you pay for the support. They have good visibility and transparency on incidents through a dedicated page. (You can even see links saturations and such). Would recommend. If you are more on a budget, you can check SoYouStart or Kimsufi which are OVH brands for their previous generation servers (but same quality)
