     @gabriel I did enjoy his unique perspective. I can understand why he left, but I really didn't know what he thought replying to corporate accounts like Tutanota, Mozilla, and DuckDuckGo was supposed to accomplish.

     Well they are highly visible accounts, so it's one way to get the word out... As somebody who's worked in a CSR role, all feedback is supposed to be sent up the chain & recorded (to fall on deaf ears or sympathetic management who's hands are tied)
