   Anyone have any ideas why I’m not getting notifications on #mastodon official #app ? I just switched phones so I assume it has something to do with that, but I can’t figure out how to get it to work. The app’s notifications are enabled in my phone’s settings and in the app’s settings.

     @justpeachy Looks like there were issues with notifications recently (e.g., https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon-android/issues/720)

     Is it working for you now?

     If not, might be an idea to open an issue. It might be a problem on their end.

     @justpeachy Aha :) I take it you don’t have issues with other apps. Are you on an iPhone or Android? Apparently some folks were also reporting issues with notifications after iOS 17 with its grouping feature, etc. (My hunch is that it has something to do with the notifications queue on mastodon.social.)

     @aral nope! Didn’t see this until I checked my notification tab manually 😅 I’ll try to open an issue
