     @HEREWARD_SILVATICI @coolboymew Apropos that. I know a guy in Russia, and he has an uncle. His uncle lives in a village and a few years ago he had two cars: a diesel Volvo (pre-Geely) and a Tesla Model S. He charged the Tesla from his diesel generator and he swears that this method uses less actual fuel, measured in liters per month. Tesla's unusual efficiency as a car overcomes the inherent inefficiency of generation and charging. Note that he only uses the cars to drive to town. He has tractors and trucks for actual work.
