   The hope would be that the bulk of the work could be done so you'd have someone fine tune everything else. With that done, they could do more, with less people, so hopefully, pay these people better (the ones who can actually do the job) so that more quality translators are attracted to work in the anime translation field. Which would also mean less position = the indesirables are kicked out forever and they can actually afford firing people that shit on the fans and the work
