   NAS will be shutting down.

   @adam founded NAS in 2017 at a time when very, very few had heard of the fediverse. Later, I began hosting NAS.

   It has been my honor and privilege to run NAS and provide value for value. Thank you, Adam, for your trust in me.

   Near 6 years is a long time.

   We've beaten the odds. Averted unexpected and catastrophic hardware failure. Made mistakes. Made friends. Been #fediblocked. Shared memes. Shitposted. Bickered. Laughed. Cried.

     I totally understand/feel your punching bag argument - total disrespect from AC etc - and feel free to burn NAS to the ground after transition phase.

     sadly I will lose ~2000 followers including many from other fediverse instances but it’s unavoidable obviously

     @CSB @graf You set up the alias on the account you want to move to. Then on the old account, you type in the new account and migrate it. The redirect should pull your followers into the new account. Other servers will be notified of the move and it should all justwork™️

     @graf I can import accounts to follow but what about people who were following me? Probably I can‘t force them to follow me on poa.st , right? Note: NAS will go down so alias on NAS will stop working soon…
