     I was considered gifted back when I was a child. Where did all that talent go? Well, it disappeared around the same time the metaphorical rug was pulled out from under me by powerful people who care more about maximizing profits than benefiting the people of a nation. These same powerful people deconstructed and destroyed any semblance of community and spirituality just so they could grow the GDP. They tell me I'm living in the best time of human history. How so? Is it simply because we have more material possessions than our ancestors? All the material wealth in the world means nothing if people are spiritually bankrupt. The modern world has nothing substantial to offer me, so I'll just sit back and let it burn.

     @okuu @WashedOutGundamPilot My innovative efforts go into my personal projects. Work used to get the bare minimum, but after pressuring me to get the jab in 2021, it sometimes gets even less. Every week there's another commentator talking about the slowdown in innovation, the stagnation in tangible improvements across a variety of fields. The only response now is "lol, lmao".

     When I've spoken to intellectually-honest women about this, the answer is always the same. They are afraid that, if they pump the brakes on feminism, men won't cease being checked out, so they have no choice but to continue feminism. It's a hysterical conclusion in every sense of the word.      @Eiregoat @Twoinchdestroya @LionelValentineAborted @okuu if I had my dream job, I’d just make a home-school co-op collective thing where we do one batch of kids for the whole K-12 run. They’d get a more varied education, have field trips to IRL jobs to get real world skills, have families come in to give intro-level clinics. Just throw everything at the wall to see what hidden talents the bunch has.

     Kinda hard to find parents willing to pay like that, and you’d need strong community to not get it subverted by some freak angry that we aren’t inviting ideological enemies into our living room

     My goal in this respect is just to co-op with some of my friends and put together the best curriculum we can. Once you put together a few competant adults there really aren't that many gaps until the very end of high-school.
     
     Another goal of mine is to introduce them to paid work early and gradually increase the work to school ratio in such a way that they hit adulthood with job prospects and a trade. I think it's a much better approach than holding kids in education for ~16-20 years then suddenly expecting them to have a career.

You just need a bureaucracy expert to make sure the charter documents pass muster, and the co-op looks legit when you get inspected, so a gov drone can rubber stamp it.
