Working on the #moggie code for extracting plain-text from HTML mail, I noticed something amusing.

My bank sends me HTML-only transaction notifications. At the top of the HTML there is a large comment - with the notification neatly formatted as plain text!

So whoever wrote that code, went to the effort of generating both text and HTML, but couldn't be arsed to structure the MIME correctly!

Or, maybe more likely, they were trapped in a code-base that wouldn't let them...
