   I am going to make sure I have my maple syrup taps and buckets in order this month because I think the cold this winter will help lead to a nice harvest.

     @badneighbor same. it's a hell of a process. I won't be able to make much but I should get enough to make a small bottle for myself. I only have one actual sugar maple so if I can get a few gallons of sap I'll be happy.
