     The fact the parents are heading to reddit to see if they have permission to ignore this issue tells you how low-quality they are as mentors

     @elftummy cool I still got a couple years left, hopefully the age imbalance helps work it out

     maybe it's like a game mechanic and you're fine if the avg age is under the 28 threshold

     @mord @elftummy Yeah I'm talking more 'weird' in the sense that the guys are off-putting, mentally irritating to deal with. I haven't seen any have defined health issues, more just, socially maladjusted. I've always noticed that the weird guys in the group, the dudes who utterly ruin a night and scare off the girls, are always either premature births or have super geriatric parents. I always assumed they needed more parental investment or a little extra time in the oven.

     As long as you have good parenting in play though, and they're from good genetic stock, I think any kid "on the spectrum" can be trained and molded into a potently charismatic, normal guy. Few parents put in the work so the Dx seems like this impenetrable wall, but if they're smart enough they can 'solve' their ingrained social awkwardness.

     It's great to know, makes me fele better if all yours are healthy.

     My last 3 children were conceived at 40, 44, and 47. The first two of those don't have any issues and while it's still just the first trimester I don't expect there to be any issues with the last one, so I wouldn't stress too much about your age just yet.

     @NotImportant @mord @elftummy Sets you off on the right foot, but that genetic stock can be wasted with improper parenting, guidance, support, love, etc.

     Gotta have both sides of the equation to make a high-quality person out of a child.
