     @mischievoustomato @Tadano By how healthy your diet is, how much variety there is, etc.

     Chances are you're low on something, since most everyone falls into some kind of rut and misses out on some type of vitamin/mineral

     @mischievoustomato @Tadano add a variety of vegetables to be safe. A lot of stuff is fortified with additional crap but sometimes you can miss out on stuff like vitamin C if you eat monotonously

     i have oatmeal for breakfast often, sometimes tea with bread. today i had tea with an empanada
     for lunch i have varied stuff often. These days i have been eating rice and chicken with tomatoes and onions and an egg, and for dinner/late night i have some more tea with bread
