     @nixCraft Not sure if they are my favourite. Trying to upgrade an ex3400 which I purchased (new) end of 2020 (it was lying around dormant). Their stupid webpages are sending me in circles. Will I be able to download the latest firmware or is that all about a paid contract? Any knowledge from anyone?
