I actually saw an Economist/Ben Shapiro tier argument in the wild on here today.

Apparently having access to 'the internet' is such a boost to quality of life it more than offsets every other thing that has broken or is breaking in the US.

You can't afford heat and are living on ramen noodles? Access to the internet actually means you're better off than Nelson Rockefeller... he didn't have the internet!
